What You’ll Do

  • Manage customer interactions via TikTok Shop, chat, email, or phone, ensuring prompt and accurate responses
  • Assist with product inquiries, order processing, tracking, returns, and issue resolution
  • Monitor and update product listings, inventory, and order status in the TikTok Shop system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and positive customer experiences
  • Stay informed on TikTok Shop policies, trends, and tools to optimize store performance

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken)
  • At least 1 year of e-commerce or customer service experience (TikTok Shop experience preferred)
  • Familiarity with order management systems (IMS) and online store platforms
  • Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and being part of a collaborative team

  • Your own computer or laptop (i5 processor or equivalent preferred)
