About the role

This role involves managing the recruitment process end-to-end, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and utilizing various sourcing strategies to meet hiring goals and close our active deals.

Main responsibilities include:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Conduct kick-off meetings with clients to understand their hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Align recruitment strategies with client expectations.
  • Manage client communications and guide the hiring process, putting focus on high-quality service and rapid response
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:

  • Utilize various sourcing strategies, including proactive outreach and database management.
  • Connect with potential candidates and conduct interviews.
  • Develop ongoing relationships and maintain continuous communication with candidates.
  • Extend offers and facilitate the hiring process to deal closure.

Performance Metrics:

  • Meet key recruitment metrics such as time to hire, fulfillment rate, and conversion rate.

Desired skills and experience:

  • 2+ years of recruiting end-to-end experience - agency setting is preferred
  • Client/stakeholder management experience
  • Ability to execute in a very fast-paced environment
  • Remote work experience preferred
  • Excellent English communication skills
