The Opportunity

$1.500 to 2,000/month, guaranteed (base salary depends On Experience)

Performance bonuses, based purely on your results.

What This Role Actually Looks Like

  • 15+ candidate interviews per day during
  • Filling classes or cohortsof 40–50 people at a time
  • Multiple pipelines running simultaneously
  • Fast turnarounds, high volume, zero hand-holding
  • You source, you outreach, you screen, you close, all of it, every day

We need someone who shows up on Day 1 with ideas. Not "I'll figure it out." Not "what's the process?", but "I want to try this platform, this outreach strategy, this angle."

What You'll Do

  • Build your sourcing pipeline from scratch, no inbound applicants handed to you
  • Run direct outreach across LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms, and wherever your creativity takes you
  • Conduct 10–15+ interviews per day.
  • Screen for communication skills, English level, professionalism, and culture fit
  • Sell the opportunity, make candidates genuinely excited to join
  • Manage multiple active pipelines with tight follow-up and zero dropped balls
  • Submit complete candidate packages: resume, assessment and interview notes
  • Hit weekly KPIs, track your own funnel metrics, and report clearly
  • Bring new sourcing ideas to leadership, then go execute them
  • Support bulk recruiting initiatives across VA roles

You're the Right Person If:

  • You get genuinely excited about hitting a goal, not just meeting it, crushing it
  • You've filled large classes or cohorts (40–50+ candidates), not just individual roles
  • Rejection and ghosting don't slow you down, they make you adjust and go again
  • You've sourced candidates from platforms most recruiters haven't tried
  • You measure yourself by submittals, conversions, and placements, not hours worked
  • You bring ideas without being asked , new channels, new messages, new strategies
  • Money motivates you and you're not afraid to say it

What We Require

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, bulk or high-volume is non-negotiable
  • C1/C2 English, strong verbal and written communication in every interaction
  • Proven experience filling large classes or cohorts, not just individual roles
  • Proactive sourcing skills, you can name the platforms, the strategies, and the results
  • Sales-minded: you know how to engage passive candidates and move people to say yes
  • Metrics-driven: you track your own numbers and hold yourself accountable to them
  • Organized enough to run multiple pipelines simultaneously without dropping anything
  • Resilient and resourceful, high volume is your comfort zone, not your breaking point
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-urgency environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience recruiting in Latin America
  • Social media sourcing (Facebook groups, Instagram, TikTok)
  • Experience building talent pipelines from zero
  • Familiarity with ATS or recruiting CRM tools
