Your Responsibilities
- Support sourcing and pre-qualification of candidates for U.S. clients
- Conduct initial screenings via calls, emails, and messages
- Maintain updated databases (ATS and job boards)
- Draft and update job descriptions and candidate profiles
- Source talent through job boards and resume databases
- Manage calendars and candidate–recruiter communication flow
- Assist with administrative recruitment tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Advanced English (C1) — strong written and spoken communication
- 3+ months of experience in recruitment
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and delivery-focused
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dynamics, or other ATS
- Experience in high-volume recruiting environments
Technical Requirements
- Two monitors
- Laptop with i5/i7 (or equivalent) + 12GB RAM
- High-speed internet
- Headset with microphone
- Quiet home office
