Recruiter

A day in the life 

• Facilitate full cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, and team coordination through to offer 
• Provide white glove candidate experience and communications
• Generate and execute active and passive sourcing strategies to target high quality candidates, at volume 
• Utilize creative sourcing strategies, including posting to relevant job boards and LinkedIn
• Maintain and track candidate pipelines in Greenhouse
• Process offers and track hires through Worksuite 
• Support administrative processes for the Expert Network Recruitment team including, but not limited to, scheduling, data administration, cleaning reports, and organizing communications
• Maintain strong relationships with members of our Experts Network to keep them engaged; identify creative ways to keep them connected to the organization and opportunities

Your expertise

• 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience
• Experience recruiting at high volume 
• Tech recruiting experience a plus
• Proficiency with LinkedIn and applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse a plus)
• High degree of attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong communication ability and relationship building skills
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT to improve systems, streamline routine tasks, and support better decision-making
• High degree of self-motivation and ownership
• Passionate, proactive, solution oriented, creative and able to think and learn quickly
