Talent Acquisition Specialist

Requirements

• Experience in IT recruitment and sourcing.
• Experience recruiting technical profiles, including Data Architects, Data Engineers, AI Engineers and other IT roles.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels to identify and engage candidates.
• Hands-on experience with an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to manage candidate pipelines, stages, and recruitment processes.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience working with LATAM candidates and international teams.
• Spanish is a plus.
• Must be based in Brazil and able to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified IT candidates across LATAM using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Review profiles and assess candidates against role requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate tech interviews.
• Manage and maintain candidate information and recruitment stages in the ATS.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for current and future IT openings.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring teams across LATAM to understand hiring needs and priorities.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Keep recruitment activities and candidate records organized and up to date.
