About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, communicative, and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our sourcing and candidate engagement operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
• Conduct preliminary screening interviews via video calls to assess candidate suitability.
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates.

Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: Advanced level of English (written and spoken) is required to communicate effectively with international candidates.
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite.
• High-energy and passion.
