Staff Product Manager | Partners

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Staff Product Manager to our Partners team in Brazil. This is a Remote – Brazil position, and it is only open to candidates in Brazil.

The Partner Portal is the digital home base for Wellhub partners—from independent fitness studios and boutique gyms to global wellness providers. More than 100,000 partners worldwide rely on it to manage schedules, track earnings, optimize operations, and grow their businesses. You will lead the multi-year product strategy for this flagship platform, shaping the partner experience and driving partner satisfaction, retention, and growth.

YOUR IMPACT

• Own the end-to-end product vision and multi-year roadmap for the Partner Portal, balancing operational workflows, scalable self-service, and business growth.
• Engage directly with partners to understand operational pain points and translate insights into high-impact solutions.
• Define and drive OKRs for partner onboarding, self-service adoption, operational efficiency, engagement, payout transparency, and retention.
• Partner with Partner Operations, Commercial/Sales, Partner Support, Design, and Engineering to build cohesive experiences.
• Align senior stakeholders on priorities and business outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to reduce partner friction and scale platform efficiency.
• Inspire and empower colleagues while fostering a supportive, wellbeing-focused environment.

WHO YOU ARE

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, with a track record of launching and scaling complex digital products end to end.
• Experience with B2B/B2B2C SaaS, partner-facing portals, marketplaces, or multi-sided platforms.
• Partner-centric mindset and experience researching external user workflows.
• Strong analytical skills, including quantitative metrics, funnels, and experimentation.
• Excellent English communication skills, both synchronous and asynchronous, with experience aligning cross-functional leaders and external partners.
• Experience building scalable products with internationalization, localization, and multi-country operational requirements.
• Practical experience using AI tools in daily workflows and/or scaling AI-powered features.
• Experience coaching or mentoring other Product Managers.
