Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain task lists, project checklists, schedules, and deadlines across active life safety projects.
• Track technical drawings, submittals, RFIs, permits, inspections, change orders, and closeout files.
• Coordinate assignments and information flow across design, purchasing, field, and administrative teams.
• Review project records for accuracy and prepare progress reports highlighting potential delays.
• Follow up on outstanding project items and proactively escalate significant issues to management.
• Utilize industry tools and spreadsheets to track real-time project records, budgets, and milestones.

Must-Have Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education credential.
• 3+ years of direct experience within the US Construction Industry.
• Proven background in construction project management or project coordination.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to work full-time aligned with US Pacific Standard Time (PST).

Nice-to-Have Requirements

• Direct experience in the fire sprinkler, fire alarm, or life safety industry.
• Strong proficiency with digital construction management tools and dynamic spreadsheets.
