Customer Success Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls to provide detailed information about clinic programs and membership options.
• Guide prospective members through the sign-up process and convert inquiries into active memberships over the phone.
• Utilize scheduling software to book client appointments and maintain an organized clinic calendar.
• Conduct engaging conversations with prospective clients to understand their needs and cultivate strong relationships.
• Support the team with basic marketing tasks and outreach efforts as required.

Must-Have Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Spanish with strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Previous experience working within the medical or healthcare industry.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service or sales roles, preferably serving the US market.
• Strong phone etiquette with a demonstrated ability to build trust and close deals conversationally.
• Dedicated remote setup featuring high-speed internet, professional computer equipment, and a quiet, distraction-free environment.
