What we're looking for
We're a US-based health and nutrition company with a growing international presence, selling through multiple Shopify stores across the US, Europe, LATAM, and Canada. We're looking for an E-commerce Specialist who lives and breathes conversion rate optimization. Your mission: improve our website experience and turn more visitors into customers, working directly with our E-commerce Lead.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify high-impact A/B testing opportunities across the customer journey, develop testing briefs, and coordinate implementation and QA.
- Analyze user behavior and site data to find friction points, then recommend and drive UX improvements that lift conversion.
- Track test results and report key conversion metrics, summarizing insights with clear, actionable recommendations.
- Monitor Core Web Vitals and site performance, flagging regressions and coordinating fixes with our in-house dev team.
- Keep the Shopify CMS in great shape across multiple country stores, including content updates and catalog cleanup.
- Support the long-term consolidation of our separate country stores into one main store using Shopify's markets model.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and website UX improvement.
- Familiarity with A/B testing platforms such as Intelligems, VWO, or Optimizely.
- Hands-on experience managing Shopify stores and a strong understanding of Shopify Admin.
- Comfort interpreting analytics and turning insights into action.
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly around QA and data consistency.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly document your work and proactively flag blockers.
