Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Research and identify target prospects within defined markets.
  • Build and maintain prospect databases using sourcing and prospecting tools.
  • Continuously identify new business opportunities and target accounts.
  • Support pipeline development through strategic prospecting activities.
  • Maintain organized prospect records and account information.

Outbound Outreach

  • Execute outbound campaigns through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
  • Conduct cold outreach to generate interest and schedule meetings.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
  • Build relationships with prospective customers through proactive engagement.
  • Support ongoing outreach initiatives to generate qualified opportunities.

CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate records of prospect activity and engagement.
  • Update and manage opportunities within Pipedrive CRM.
  • Track outreach performance and lead progression.
  • Ensure pipeline data remains accurate and current.
  • Maintain visibility into prospect status and next steps.

Appointment Setting

  • Qualify prospects according to company criteria.
  • Schedule meetings for leadership and sales representatives.
  • Ensure qualified opportunities are properly handed off to internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain communication with prospects throughout the scheduling process.
  • Support meeting readiness and coordination activities.

Sales Support

  • Assist with follow-up communications after sales meetings.
  • Support pipeline management and lead nurturing activities.
  • Collaborate with leadership on outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of outbound sales processes.
  • Help maximize conversion opportunities throughout the sales pipeline.

Qualifications Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, appointment setting, or outbound sales roles.
  • Experience conducting cold outreach and prospecting activities.
  • Experience generating qualified meetings through outbound sales efforts.
  • Experience maintaining and managing sales pipelines.
  • Experience using CRM platforms, preferably Pipedrive CRM.
  • Experience supporting lead nurturing and follow-up processes.
  • Experience working within sales or business development environments.

Qualifications Skills

  • Strong prospecting and lead generation capabilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong CRM and pipeline management abilities.
  • Comfortable using prospecting and data enrichment tools.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
