Survey Reviewer

What You'll Do

• Review property surveys, legal descriptions, and property records for accuracy and completeness
• Identify encroachments, easements, boundary concerns, discrepancies, and other issues that could affect a transaction
• Coordinate survey orders and monitor progress from request through completion
• Communicate with surveyors, vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve questions and keep projects moving
• Research survey-related issues and resolve documentation discrepancies
• Maintain organized records and documentation throughout the transaction process
• Manage multiple files while meeting deadlines
• Support title, processing, underwriting, and closing teams with timely updates and documentation

What You Bring

Experience in one or more of the following:

• Title insurance, title examination, or title support
• Real estate transactions
• Survey review
• Land records
• Mortgage or escrow operations
• Closing coordination
• Property research

You'll also have:

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• The ability to review documents and identify inconsistencies
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Experience working with vendors, clients, or third-party service providers
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a remote environment
• Experience using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or document management systems

Nice to Have

• Experience with a title company, survey company, law firm, engineering firm, or real estate organization
• Familiarity with title commitments, title examination, underwriting support, or closing processes
• Experience reviewing residential and/or commercial property surveys
