Business Presentation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Transform technical documentation into visually engaging proposals and business presentations.
• Design and format client-facing materials to ensure clarity, professionalism, and brand alignment.
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand content and translate it into clear, easy-to-understand business materials.
• Create high-quality presentations using tools such as Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Enhance proposals and presentations with graphics, layouts, and visual storytelling elements.
• Ensure all deliverables are accurate, consistent, and tailored to client needs.
• Maintain presentation and proposal templates while helping improve documentation standards across the organization.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in presentation design, proposal development, business documentation, or a similar role.
• Strong ability to translate technical information into clear, visually appealing business content.
• Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, and other presentation tools.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong formatting and document design skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong written, visual, and business communication skills.
• Experience with Bluebeam Revu is a strong plus.
• Background in the security systems, engineering, construction, or other technical industries is preferred.
• Experience creating client-facing proposals, presentations, or bid documents is a plus.
