Property Management Coordinator

We're looking for a Maintenance Coordinator / Assistant Property Manager to support a growing residential property portfolio. In this role, you'll coordinate maintenance requests, communicate with residents and vendors, support leasing activities, and help ensure daily operations run smoothly. What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, vendors, brokers, and property partners
• Coordinate maintenance requests from start to finish, keeping residents informed throughout the process
• Schedule and follow up with maintenance technicians, contractors, and vendors to ensure work is completed on time
• Monitor open work orders and resolve outstanding issues
• Support leasing activities, lease administration, move-ins, and apartment turnovers
• Maintain accurate resident files, property records, and operational documentation
• Coordinate communication and paperwork with vendors, brokers, and internal teams
• Assist with daily property management operations while delivering excellent customer service

What You Bring

• Fluent English and Spanish communication skills
• Experience in property management, leasing, maintenance coordination, customer service, administrative support, or a related role
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other business software

Nice to Have

• Experience in residential or multifamily property management
• Experience coordinating maintenance requests and vendor relationships
• Familiarity with Rent Manager or similar property management software
