Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative concepts from ideation to final production.
- Create graphics and edit light video content for websites, social media, ads, and email marketing, ensuring brand consistency and attention-catching visuals.
- Support both paid and organic social media campaigns with static and motion content (Reels, TikToks, UGC, and ad variations).
- Maintain organized file systems and digital asset libraries in platforms like Dropbox and Frame.io.
- Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Provide creative input to enhance campaign effectiveness and align content with marketing goals.
- Upload both graphic and video projects for review and evaluation.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in graphic design and/or video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
- Portfolio showcasing both design and video editing work, especially for e-commerce or social media campaigns.
- Understanding of social media platform requirements, trends, and ad best practices (captioning, sizing, safe text placement).
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, fast-working, and comfortable taking feedback in a remote environment.
