We are seeking an experienced remote Real Estate Inside Sales Agent/Business Development Representative to support our client's growing real estate business. This role focuses on seller lead generation, outbound prospecting, lead qualification, relationship-building, and appointment-setting. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with strong CRM discipline, excellent follow-up skills, and a consultative approach to working with homeowners.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify seller leads through outbound prospecting
- Conduct outreach to expired listings, FSBOs, and database contacts
- Perform circle prospecting and database reactivation campaigns
- Handle objections and nurture leads through consistent follow-up
- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management
- Build long-term relationships with homeowners, investors, and referral partners
- Contribute to process improvements and follow established workflows
Requirements
- Preferred experience includes expired listings, FSBOs, circle prospecting, database reactivation, investor leads, cash offer leads, and long-term nurture campaigns
- 2+ years of real estate Inside Sales Agent experience OR 2+ years of seller-focused outbound prospecting experience
- Experience with seller lead generation, lead qualification, and appointment setting
- Strong objection-handling and follow-up skills
- Experience using CRM and prospecting tools
- Excellent English communication skills with a clear and professional speaking style
- Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with homeowners
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and relationship-driven
