Strategy & Operations Lead

What you will do

• Run the operating cadence: own the weekly leadership meeting, monthly business review, and quarterly planning cycle, including agendas, pre-reads, decisions, and follow-through on every commitment.
• Drive strategic projects: lead cross-functional initiatives from scoping to launch, and run the analyses (unit economics, pipeline, hiring plans) that inform CEO decisions.
• Prepare the CEO: build briefings and materials for board, investor, and customer meetings, and act as the CEO's trusted delegate in meetings and workstreams.
• Strengthen operations: coordinate hiring and manage vendors, contractors, contracts, and compliance workflows with outside counsel and accountants, escalating risks early.
• Align the company: draft internal and investor updates, connect teams, surface blockers, and handle sensitive matters with discretion.

What you will bring

Required

• 5+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or product; prior chief of staff or founder's-office experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong analytical skills: you build a clean model or a clear memo quickly and know which number matters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level drafting.
• Sound judgment and discretion with confidential information.
• Comfort with ambiguity: you define the problem, make a plan, and move without waiting for instructions.
• Working knowledge of how contracts, corporate records, and compliance basics work at a small company.
