ServiceTitan Implementation Lead

About the Role

Lead the implementation, migration or full redeployment of ServiceTitan and support its use in live operations. Bring configuration, workflows and reporting together so home-services teams can use the platform effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceTitan implementation, migration or redeployment.
• Administer platform configuration, dispatch workflows and pricing.
• Build and maintain reporting and dashboards to support operational decisions.
• Train and coach dispatchers, CSRs, technicians and managers.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading a ServiceTitan implementation, migration or full redeployment
• Hands-on administration of ServiceTitan in live operations
• Strong knowledge of configuration, dispatch, pricing, reporting and dashboards
• Experience training and coaching dispatchers, CSRs, technicians and managers
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in EST hours

Preferred

• HVAC or home-services industry experience
• ServiceTitan certifications
• Experience at a ServiceTitan partner or consultancy
