Remote Leverage is a leading recruiting agency based in Florida, specializing in outsourcing and offshoring talent from Latin America and around the world for U.S.-based businesses. You'll join our team to support marketing initiatives and drive growth campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Write and proofread marketing emails, social media posts, and other short copy.

• Set up and monitor ad campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google, or LinkedIn.

• Schedule and upload content across various social media channels.

• Reach out to social media creators and influencers for potential collaborations.

• Edit and update landing pages and website content.

• Perform basic video editing tasks, including trimming clips and adding captions.

• Initiate and manage new growth projects, such as building a presence on Reddit.

• Maintain notes and reports on project outcomes and future strategies.

Preferred skills & Tools:

• Experience with paid ads platforms.

• Community building on platforms like Reddit and Quora.

• Familiarity with HubSpot or another CRM.

• Proficiency in Canva and CapCut or similar tools.

• Strong understanding of content marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• +1 year of experience in a Marketing & Growth Assistant role or related role.

• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset.

• High level of motivation and persistence.

• Energetic and upbeat.

• Team player.

• Willing to listen to feedback and improve.
