What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated social media posts, captions, and comments across a range of platforms and formats
• Evaluate content for tone, relevance, engagement potential, clarity, and cultural appropriateness
• Identify content that feels robotic, off-brand, culturally tone-deaf, or otherwise problematic
• Provide structured feedback on trending topics, internet culture, voice, and platform norms
• Flag content that could be misleading, inappropriate, or harmful
• Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule

Who You Are

• An active social media user with a strong sense of what resonates online
• Culturally aware — you understand tone, trends, and what's appropriate across different audiences and contexts
• Detail-oriented with a consistent, thoughtful approach to evaluation
• Clear and concise written communicator
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
• No prior marketing, content creation, or AI experience required

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with multiple social media platforms — Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and others
• Background in writing, communications, marketing, or media
• Experience with content moderation, community management, or brand voice
• Awareness of internet culture, meme formats, and evolving online trends
