Marketing Analyst

Qualifications

• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal (C1 level Minimum).
• Enthusiastic, positive attitude, eager to work with others and solve problems.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, including formulas such as VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, pivot tables, and conditional formatting.
• Experience using Meta Ads Manager and analyzing campaign performance.
• Strong understanding of marketing metrics including CPM, CPC, CTR, CVR,  OAS, frequency, and attribution.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify trends and performance patterns.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly through reports and dashboards.
• Comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience with GoHighLevel CRM is a plus.
• Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar analytics tools is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in healthcare, coaching, or information-product marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Meta advertising campaigns daily and identify performance trends.
• Produce daily and weekly marketing performance reports for leadership.
• Maintain and improve centralized KPI dashboards in Google Sheets.
• Analyze marketing funnels, conversion rates, and return on ad spend.
• Track lead attribution and campaign performance across Meta Ads and GoHighLevel CRM.
• Measure webinar performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Support new campaign launches by building dashboards, benchmarks, and tracking systems.
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support marketing and sales decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, advertising, and sales operations teams.
• Provide proactive recommendations to improve campaign efficiency and marketing ROI.
