Product Manager

Qualifications

• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal (C1 level Minimum).
• Enthusiastic, positive attitude, eager to work with others and solve problems. 
• 1–3 years of experience in product management, product operations, or a related role.
• Experience working in the advertising, publishing, or AI/ML industries.
• Strong writing and organizational skills; able to craft clear tickets and PRDs.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn complex industries and technical platforms.
• A self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Agile practices and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Linear)
• Prior startup experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy and direction from the CEO into clear, detailed product requirements and user stories.
• Write tickets, PRDs, demos, and other methods to guide engineering and design.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales and business teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain and refine the product backlog to ensure alignment with company priorities.
• Assist with mockups and product flows to clarify requirements.
