EventBridge Integration Engineer

Must-Have Requirements Include:

• Demonstrable experience in integration engineering for large internal or enterprise platforms.
• Strong experience designing, building and testing integrations across enterprise systems such as CRM, contracting, ERP or HR platforms.
• Hands-on experience with API configuration, integration design, troubleshooting and end-to-end testing across environments.
• Working knowledge of event-driven architecture, including AWS EventBridge, message brokers or similar technologies.
• Experience supporting integration patterns aligned to target event-driven architecture.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC principles, CI/CD pipelines and modern engineering practices.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent integration workstreams without becoming a bottleneck to delivery.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner across engineering, product and system-owner teams.
• Ability to clearly document integration designs, configurations and handover materials.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Plusses Include:

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, SAP or Azure Functions.
• Experience delivering automated testing for integration touchpoints.
• Experience working on client platform, CRM transformation or relationship management technology programmes.
• Experience troubleshooting integration issues across multiple enterprise environments.
• Ability to prioritise and sequence work effectively across several systems and delivery deadlines.
• Experience working within global, matrixed or enterprise-scale technology teams.
