About the role
The mission of this internship is to support the global Total Rewards (Compensation & Benefits) team with the area's analytical, operational, and communication routines. You'll partner with areas like Payroll and FP&A, helping process compensation data, market research, and improve the employee experience. We're looking for someone with energy to learn, strong communication skills, a knack for numbers, and a curious mindset, eager to explore new technologies, automation, and Artificial Intelligence to optimize day-to-day routines.
Key responsibilities
- Support the analysis of commercial proposals, market studies, and relationship management with benefits vendors on a global scope, contributing data and analysis for negotiations, contract renewals, and evaluation of new strategic partnerships
- Support the planning and execution of the monthly benefits communication calendar, using automation and AI tools (via Pipefy), ensuring employees receive clear, relevant information within defined deadlines
- Track benefits-related indicators, costs, and movements in partnership with FP&A, organizing and analyzing data to support budget control and decision-making
- Provide support to employees on benefits-related questions, directing specific cases and working in partnership with Payroll to ensure efficient operations and a positive experience
- Support the updating of benefits policies, procedures, and communication materials, developing more visual and accessible content to strengthen self-service
- Contribute to continuous improvements in benefits processes, supporting automation initiatives and optimization of the employee journey
What we're looking for
- Advanced or Fluent English: essential for global meetings, emails with foreign vendors, and communicating with the international team
- Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets: pivot tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP are a plus
- Familiarity with visual tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva)
- Interest in Total Rewards: curiosity to learn about Compensation strategies and Benefits Management
- Affinity for Technology: interest in AI and automation tools (ChatGPT, Pipefy, Trello)
