Requirements
- Basic experience or working knowledge of AV systems and smart-home technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Superb customer service skills to handle frustrated or urgent clients empathetically
- Ability to make quick, appropriate decisions under pressure
- Availability to work rotating shift.
