Adobe Target Consultant

About the project:

As a Senior Adobe Target Consultant, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of data-driven personalization and A/B testing strategies across our digital platforms. You will serve as the subject matter expert, bridging the gap between business objectives and technical execution to deliver seamless, highly targeted user experiences. Collaborating closely with cross-functional product, analytics, and marketing teams, you will leverage the full capabilities of Adobe Target to drive engagement, improve conversion rates, and maximize business impact.

What you’ll do:

• Design, develop, and implement Adobe Target personalization and experimentation solutions aligned with client business objectives.
• Configure and maintain Adobe Target Recommendations, Catalogs, and Data Collection Rules to deliver personalized customer experiences.
• Build and optimize A/B tests, multivariate tests, automated personalization, and recommendation activities.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, Analytics teams, and Developers to define and execute personalization strategies.
• Integrate Adobe Target with Adobe Experience Platform and other Martech solutions when required.
• Develop and maintain front-end implementations using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to support Adobe Target activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve implementation, integration, and configuration issues.
• Partner with Analytics teams to validate tracking, reporting, and experiment measurement.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementations across digital channels.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices for Adobe Target implementations.
• Participate in client meetings, gather business requirements, and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure solutions follow Adobe best practices for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

What makes you a great fit:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ Years of hands-on experience with Adobe Target in enterprise environments, including implementation, configuration, and optimization of personalization and experimentation activities.
• 3+ Years of hands-on experience with Adobe Target Recommendations, including strategy, setup, configuration, and optimization.
• 3+ Years of experience managing Adobe Target Catalogs, including product catalog configuration, feeds, entities, attributes, and catalog maintenance.
• 3+ Years of hands-on experience with Adobe Target Data Collection Rules, including implementation, configuration, validation, and troubleshooting.
• 3+ Years of experience building and managing Adobe Target activities, including:

• A/B Testing

• Experience Targeting (XT)

• Automated Personalization (AP)

• Recommendations

• Multivariate Testing (MVT).

• 3+ Years of experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for Adobe Target implementations and front-end customizations.
• 2+ Years of experience integrating Adobe Target with Adobe Launch (Tags) or other tag management solutions.
• 2+ Years of experience working with Adobe Analytics, including Adobe Analytics for Target (A4T) or experiment measurement.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Experience working directly with enterprise clients, gathering requirements, translating business needs into technical solutions, and providing implementation guidance.
• Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
