Main Duties

• Translate patent-related content from English into Portuguese(Brazil) , with original meaning conveyed in a manner that is readable and understandable to target audience
• Perform linguistic quality assessments (LQA) of translated content from English (en-US) to Portuguese (pt-BR)
• Identify and correct linguistic errors, ensuring consistency in terminology, style, and adherence to client-specific guidelines
• Provide detailed feedback to translators and create comprehensive quality reports
• Ensure adherence to client-specific style guides, glossaries, and project guidelines
• Utilize CAT tools (JIRA, XTM) to review and assess translations efficiently
• Manage weekly capacity to handle +5,000 words per locale and ensure timely task completion
