Key Responsibilities
High-Volume Video Production
- Edit and produce large volumes of short-form video content.
- Transform raw footage into multiple creative assets and formats.
- Repurpose existing content for different campaigns and audiences.
- Produce multiple creative variations to support testing initiatives.
- Maintain a fast-moving content production pipeline.
Performance Marketing Video Editing
- Create video assets optimized for Meta advertising campaigns.
- Edit content with a focus on audience retention and engagement.
- Develop creative variations to support A/B testing.
- Optimize videos based on campaign objectives and performance.
- Apply effective pacing, hooks, and storytelling techniques.
Content Repurposing & Asset Management
- Edit founder-led content.
- Repurpose user-generated content (UGC).
- Edit branded marketing content.
- Utilize celebrity content and PR placements where applicable.
- Organize project files and maintain creative asset libraries.
Collaboration & Workflow
- Execute projects from high-level marketing briefs.
- Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and creative teams.
- Maintain efficient workflows for rapid content turnaround.
- Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously.
AI & Production Efficiency
- Utilize AI-powered editing tools to improve production efficiency.
- Increase editing output through AI-assisted workflows.
- Continuously improve editing processes and content production systems.
Qualifications Experience
- 3–5 years of professional video editing experience.
- Experience producing short-form content for digital marketing, paid advertising, or social media campaigns.
- Experience creating content for Meta, Instagram Reels, Facebook, TikTok, and similar platforms.
- Experience repurposing raw footage into multiple creative variations.
- Experience working independently from general marketing briefs.
- Experience leveraging AI tools within video editing workflows is strongly preferred.
Qualifications Skills
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Experience with DaVinci Resolve or equivalent editing software.
- Strong understanding of audience retention and engagement-focused editing.
- Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, and storytelling.
- Experience creating performance-focused advertising creatives.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Experience utilizing AI-powered editing tools and workflows.
