Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new product features aligned with business objectives
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to production support
• Develop and maintain full-stack applications with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability
• Build and support APIs, microservices, and cloud-native solutions
• Own applications end-to-end, including AWS infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and operational support
• Work closely with Product Management on roadmap planning, backlog refinement, and feature prioritization
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while ensuring high availability and responsiveness
• Contribute to system architecture and technical design discussions
• Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Engage directly with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions

Required Qualifications

• Advanced English is mandatory, as you will collaborate with global and cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in Full-Stack Software Development (Mid-Level) or 5+ years (Senior/Expert Level)
• Strong experience with modern software development technologies and frameworks
• Proficiency in React for front-end development
• Experience designing and developing APIs and microservices
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
• Understanding of cloud-native architectures and distributed systems
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams
