Operations Manager

What You'll Do

• Oversee projects from contract signing through final completion
• Coordinate project schedules, documentation, timelines, and deliverables
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing proactive updates and an exceptional customer experience
• Collaborate with sales teams, project managers, subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and field crews to keep projects moving efficiently
• Manage permits, compliance documents, subcontractor files, contracts, and operational records
• Maintain accurate project information within CRM platforms, ClickUp, CompanyCam, and other operational systems
• Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and resolve issues before they impact schedules
• Track key performance metrics and prepare reports that support operational decision-making
• Develop, document, and improve SOPs, workflows, and operational systems that increase efficiency and scalability
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve productivity, accountability, and customer satisfaction

What You Bring

• Experience in roofing, construction, restoration, home services, or another field-service industry
• Previous experience in operations management, project management, project coordination, or construction administration
• Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles and daily operations
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and cross-functional teams
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
• Experience using CRM systems and project management software
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and business applications
• A process-improvement mindset with the ability to build systems that support long-term growth
