Leasing Coordinator

What You'll Do

• Communicate with Tenants and Brokers: Handle inquiries through phone, email, and chat in English and Spanish.
• Process Rental Applications: Collect applicant information, review applications, and coordinate background checks.
• Coordinate Leases and Move-ins: Send lease agreements to approved applicants and help coordinate their move-in process.
• Maintain Records: Update tenant information and organize applications, communications, and lease documents in the property management system.
• Follow Up on Rent Payments: Monitor outstanding balances and send payment reminders when needed.
• Provide Great Customer Support: Answer questions, address concerns, and ensure every inquiry receives timely follow-up.

What You'll Bring

• Fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish (required).
• Previous experience in customer service, virtual assistance, sales support, administration, or a similar role.
• Strong phone, email, and chat communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence handling multiple inquiries and following up on pending tasks.
• A friendly, professional, and proactive approach to customer service.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience in real estate, leasing, or property management.
• Familiarity with rental applications, lease agreements, or tenant screening.
• Experience using CRM or property management software.
