About the Role
Join one of our clients Urgent Care Call Center as a Patient Outreach Specialist. Your role is vital in contacting patients, persuading them to schedule appointments with our doctors to meet insurance quality measures.
Responsibilities
- Contact patients to schedule appointments.
- Educate patients on the importance of timely healthcare.
- Maintain accurate records and follow-up with patients.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Empathy and compassion.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Adaptability and teamwork.
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems like ECW or similar medical-related software a plus
