Forward Deployed Engineer

We are looking for a talented and dedicated engineer who thrives in fast-paced environments. In this role, you will lead product discovery with enterprise clients, unearthing real workflow friction and figuring out what actually needs to be built to turn pain points into business outcomes. You leverage modern AI-assisted coding tools, LLMs, and rapid prototyping workflows to iterate and ship at breakneck speed, turning discovery insights into live production code.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain sophisticated AI agents and automated workflows for complex operational tasks.
• Deploy production-quality code and take ownership of solutions from product discovery through deployment and ongoing support;
• Leverage AI-coding tools to enhance code quality and test coverage
• Have significant influence over the technical and commercial direction of the product;
• Work directly with end-users to translate feedback into platform improvements;
• Partner with team to turn custom client builds into reusable platform features, tools, and documentation;
• Improve reliability through rigorous testing, monitoring, and iterative development;
• Independently diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in live customer environments;
• Stay at the forefront of AI automation and agentic systems.

Essential Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or a related technical role;
• Proven track record in a client-facing technical role such as Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Implementation Engineer;
• Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, or Java;
• Deep expertise in AI/LLM prompting, structured output techniques, and agentic system design;
• Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines, evaluation, guardrails, and LLM observability;
• Experience building HR, ATS, CRM, or other enterprise systems;
• Practical understanding of enterprise security and compliance requirements, including SSO, GDPR, SOC 2, and OAuth;
• Experience working in an early-stage or high-growth technology company;
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements;
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems independently;
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with customers and technical stakeholders;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment;
• Advanced English, both spoken and written.

Desirable Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field;
• Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and backend infrastructure;
• Active use of AI development tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Cursor, etc.);
• Equivalent practical experience and a strong portfolio of shipped AI products are equally valued;
• Experience working with international, cross-functional, and remote teams;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
