Game Designer / Gameplay Developer

About the opportunity

micro1 is looking for a Game Designer / Gameplay Developer to support an AI data-training project. The work focuses on reviewing and annotating videos of robotic-arm activity, rather than traditional game development.

Scope of work

• Review videos of robotic-arm actions.
• Identify actions, states, cause-and-effect relationships and relevant interaction details.
• Annotate and label video content according to project guidelines.
• Provide clear written observations and maintain consistent annotation quality.
• Work independently and collaborate remotely with the project team.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in game design, gameplay development or game quality assurance.
• Strong systems thinking and understanding of actions, states and cause-and-effect relationships.
• Clear written communication in English and strong attention to detail.
• Prior experience with annotation, data review or AI-training projects is helpful.

Compensation

US$ 50 to US$ 90 per hour.
