Recruiter

What You’ll Do

• Recruit RBTs, Behavior Technicians, BCBAs, and other ABA professionals.
• Review applications and manage candidates through the ATS.
• Conduct interviews to learn about candidates’ experience, skills, availability, and career goals.
• Use your ABA knowledge to assess qualifications and find the right fit.
• Manage a high volume of interviews, confirmations, rescheduling, and follow-ups.
• Match qualified candidates with opportunities based on their skills, location, and availability.
• Keep candidate records and interview notes accurate and up to date.
• Follow up with candidates quickly and keep them informed throughout the process.
• Work with recruiting and operations teams to support staffing needs.
• Create a positive and professional candidate experience.

What You Bring

• Professional experience in ABA is required.
• Experience working with or recruiting RBTs, Behavior Technicians, BCBAs, or other ABA professionals.
• Experience in recruiting, interviewing, staffing, or talent acquisition.
• Good understanding of ABA roles, qualifications, and the field.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good interviewing and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working with a high volume of candidates and interviews.
• Strong follow-through and a sense of urgency.
• Experience using an ATS or recruiting tools.
• Able to work independently and adapt to new systems.
