LangChain AI Engineer (Python) at BairesDev

As a LangChain AI Engineer (Python), you will design and implement advanced intelligent systems powered by large language models. You will spearhead the creation of autonomous agents and context-aware applications, ensuring robust cognitive workflows and scalable integration with external data architectures.

What You'll Do:

- Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI agents and multi-agent systems.

- Implement sophisticated retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines to improve response accuracy.

- Optimize vector database indexing and search retrieval for complex context understanding.

- Develop and refine prompt engineering strategies to maximize LLM performance and reasoning.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate intelligent orchestration frameworks into enterprise workflows.
