Accountabilities

• Map internal processes, understand existing workflows, and identify opportunities to simplify, optimize, and automate activities.
• Develop prototypes and practical solutions using generative AI and AI-assisted development approaches, including vibe coding.
• Create test scenarios, validate workflows, identify issues, and ensure automations perform reliably in real-world situations.
• Transform manual processes into scalable internal products and automated solutions.
• Work directly with senior leadership on strategic projects involving technology, process improvement, and applied AI.
• Participate in projects from their initial conception through prototyping, testing, validation, and continuous improvement.
• Research and experiment with emerging AI tools and approaches to identify solutions that can improve operational efficiency.
• Document processes, tests, solutions, and learnings where appropriate to support continuous improvement.
• Balance creativity and experimentation with attention to quality, usability, reliability, and business requirements.
• Work independently in a remote environment while maintaining clear and proactive communication with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or having completed a degree in Engineering, in any discipline; academic specialization is less important than logical thinking and a strong problem-solving mindset.
• Genuine interest in generative AI, automation, process improvement, and product development.
• Strong logical reasoning and structured thinking skills.
• Curious, creative, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to problem solving.
• Enjoy experimenting, testing, validating, and refining solutions before considering them complete.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to unfamiliar tools and challenges.
• Autonomy and discipline to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Active CNPJ or willingness to establish one, as the position operates under a PJ contractor model.
• Experience with process mapping using AS IS / TO BE methodologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Lovable, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar platforms is desirable.
• Basic knowledge of databases or Supabase is an advantage.
• Previous exposure to QA, test documentation, workflow validation, or process testing is a plus.
