Senior .NET Engineer at BairesDev

As a Senior .NET Engineer, you'll lead the design and development of robust software solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. You'll participate in key technical decisions, ensuring code quality and scalability in an Agile environment.

What You'll Do:

- Design and develop complex .NET applications with a focus on scalability and performance.
- Lead technical decisions and provide guidance for development initiatives.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers in .NET best practices and software engineering principles.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Drive code quality through reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration practices.
- Evaluate and implement new .NET technologies and frameworks to enhance development capabilities.

What We Are Looking For:

- 4+ years of experience with .NET development.
- Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, and enterprise application architecture.
- Extensive experience with API development, microservices, and cloud platforms.
- Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor development teams.
- Deep understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and testing methodologies.
- Advanced level of English.
