Associate Visual Designer

The Role You'll Play

We're looking for an Associate Visual Designer to support a variety of B2B SaaS marketing initiatives across content, web, email, video, social media, advertising, and brand campaigns. You'll bring familiarity with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, while building your skills and developing a strong understanding of the Mindbody brand.

• Collaborate with visual designers, copywriters, project managers, and stakeholders to bring creative ideas to life
• Create thoughtful, engaging designs tailored to the needs of different marketing channels and asset types
• Apply Mindbody's brand guidelines consistently across campaigns and communications
• Manage multiple projects while delivering accurate, high-quality work on time and aligned with each brief
• Use core design principles to establish clear hierarchy, effective layouts, and cohesive visual storytelling
• Communicate ideas clearly and incorporate feedback to strengthen the final work

The Experience You’ll Bring

• 1+ years of graphic design experience, including exposure to marketing, with B2B experience preferred
• A portfolio featuring professional work beyond academic projects
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and PowerPoint
• Experience with Adobe After Effects and foundational motion design
• Strong understanding of graphic design principles, visual hierarchy, screen layout, color theory, motion, and typography
• Ability to apply current design trends and best practices to compelling marketing work
• Clear communication skills and an openness to feedback, collaboration, and continued growth
