Product Owner

The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

Drive Product Execution

• Own and continuously refine the product backlog, ensuring work items are clear, prioritised, and ready for development.
• Translate business needs into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria that enable efficient delivery.
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities to keep delivery on track and maximise product value.

Solve Problems & Improve the Product

• Investigate business requests, analyse player behaviour and product performance, and identify opportunities to improve the user experience.
• Validate requirements, challenge assumptions, and recommend the best solutions before development begins.
• Independently investigate product issues, evaluate trade-offs, and propose informed recommendations.

Collaborate Across Teams

• Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, Design, and business stakeholders to align on priorities and deliver impactful features.
• Gather and clarify requirements to reduce ambiguity and ensure smooth execution throughout the product lifecycle.
• Work with QA teams to ensure delivered features meet business requirements and maintain high quality standards.

All you need is…

• 2+ years of experience in Product roles within iGaming industry
• Solid experience working with Agile development teams.
• You're naturally curious and enjoy digging into problems to understand the why, not just the what.
• You know how to turn ideas and business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and development tickets that engineers can actually work from.
• You're a confident communicator who enjoys talking to people, asking questions, and challenging assumptions. You'll spend a lot of time working across teams, so being proactive and comfortable starting conversations is essential.
• You take ownership, don't wait to be told what to do, and aren't afraid to suggest better ways of solving a problem.
• You've worked with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar to manage product delivery.
