Senior NetSuite ERP & Celigo Engineer at BairesDev

As a Senior Workday Analyst (Compensations), you will configure, optimize, and maintain HRIS solutions focusing on compensation, core HR, and talent management. You will serve as a key technical resource, ensuring the HR ecosystem aligns with business needs and reporting requirements.

What You'll Do:

- Design, configure, and manage Workday Compensation and Core HR modules to align with corporate plans.

- Implement and support Workday Talent Management processes, ensuring system capabilities are fully leveraged.

- Build and maintain advanced reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.

- Maintain data integrity through regular audits, system monitoring, and troubleshooting of configuration issues.

- Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to translate business requirements into technical system designs.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience as a Workday Analyst, HRIS Specialist, or in a related role.

- Proven expertise in Workday HCM, Core HR, and Compensation & Benefits configuration.

- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Talent Management and Workday Report Writer.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
