Client-Facing Staffing Analyst at BairesDev

As a Client-Facing Staffing Analyst, you will act as a primary point of contact for our clients to understand their talent acquisition needs and translate them into successful placements. You will align recruitment efforts with stakeholder expectations, ensuring a seamless and high-quality staffing process.

What You'll Do:

- Partner closely with clients and stakeholder teams to define role requirements and staffing strategies.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate presentation to final placement.

- Prioritize and organize workloads efficiently to meet fluctuating hiring demands in a fast-paced environment.

- Collaborate with internal operations and client services to identify potential growth opportunities within existing accounts.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in IT Recruitment, Staffing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in client-facing recruitment and managing stakeholder relationships.

- Strong workload prioritization, organizational skills, and self-regulation.

- Demonstrated initiative and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
