Recruiter (Junior) at BairesDev

As a Junior Recruiter at BairesDev, you will support the talent acquisition team in finding and attracting qualified candidates for various positions. You'll assist with the recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding, help identify talent through different channels, and gain experience in recruitment strategies while working closely with hiring managers.

What You Will Do:

- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in maintaining the applicant tracking system and candidate database.
- Support the development and implementation of recruiting strategies.
- Help prepare job descriptions and posting openings on various platforms.

What we are looking for:

- 1+ year of experience in recruitment or HR roles.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Good level of English.
