Business Data Analyst at BairesDev

As a Business Data Analyst, you will perform business and financial analysis using data to support strategic decision-making. You will act as a link between raw operational data and executive insights, ensuring that business leaders have the reports and trends necessary to optimize core processes.

What You'll Do:

- Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support strategic and operational decision-making across departments.
- Conduct financial and vertical analysis to identify areas for cost control and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure data consistency.
- Translate complex datasets into actionable insights and recommendations for the leadership team.
- Assist in the automation of internal processes and reporting workflows using SQL and Python.

What we are looking for:

- 4+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Analysis, or a related financial analysis role.
- Proven expertise in performing business and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Proficiency in using SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and statistical analysis.
- Strong background in data visualization and reporting to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Deep understanding of statistics and empirical methods to identify trends and patterns.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
