Senior ITSM Developer at BairesDev

As a Senior ITSM Developer, you will design, configure, and maintain robust service management workflows to optimize enterprise operations. You will act as a key technical driver in streamlining platform governance, building reliable integrations, and automating complex business processes to ensure seamless service delivery.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and implement scalable ITSM modules and custom workflows to improve operational efficiency.

- Build and optimize automated process flows using modern platform scripting and development tools.

- Establish secure and efficient REST and SOAP integrations to connect the platform with external systems.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain platform stability while enforcing strong governance standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into high-quality technical designs.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, administration, or a related role.

- Proven expertise in implementing and configuring ServiceNow ITSM modules and workflows.

- Strong hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, and scripting in ServiceNow.

- Solid experience in designing and developing REST and SOAP integrations.

- Demonstrated ability in platform governance and troubleshooting.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
