Senior Data Quality Engineer at BairesDev

As a Senior Workday Specialist, you will oversee the configuration, optimization, and maintenance of our Workday ecosystem across human capital and financial management domains. You will serve as a key technical authority, ensuring that the platform aligns seamlessly with complex organizational workflows and reporting requirements.

What You'll Do:

- Configure and optimize Workday HCM and Financial modules to support evolving business operations.

- Design and build complex, high-performance reports and custom calculated fields for advanced data analysis.

- Build, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise integration processes and mass data updates.

- Maintain and enhance the Business Process Framework and align security group assignments to ensure robust access control.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategic business needs into scalable system solutions.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in Workday system configuration and support.

- Proven expertise in both HCM (Core, Advanced Comp) and Financials (Procurement, FDM) modules.

- Strong hands-on experience building Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports with complex Calculated Fields.

- Hands-on experience with mass data updates using Inbound/Outbound EIBs.

- Solid understanding of the Business Process Framework and security group assignments.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
