NetSuite Technical Lead (NetSuite) at BairesDev

As a NetSuite Technical Lead, you will oversee the architectural design and technical execution of NetSuite ERP solutions. You will serve as the guiding link between complex business processes and high-performing development strategies, ensuring system scalability and robust integrations.

What You'll Do:

- Architect and oversee the configuration and customization of enterprise NetSuite ERP environments.

- Provide technical direction, code reviews, and mentorship to junior development and consulting team members.

- Design high-quality system integrations and automate business workflows using core NetSuite development tools.

- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate operational needs into rigorous technical specifications.

- Drive quality assurance by establishing best practices for platform testing, technical documentation, and training.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in ERP consulting, NetSuite administration, or technical leadership.

- Proven expertise in NetSuite ERP configuration, development, and architecture.

- Strong hands-on experience with SuiteScript and system integrations.

- Solid understanding of business process analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.

- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior developers.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
