Logistics Operations Analyst at BairesDev

As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will oversee and coordinate complex IT projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational standards. You will guide multi-functional technical teams and streamline engineering workflows, fostering a highly collaborative environment that drives successful technical execution.

What You'll Do:

- Plan, monitor, and drive the execution of IT and software projects from initial concept through completion.

- Coordinate and manage multi-disciplinary engineering teams, providing clear direction and professional guidance.

- Align technical project delivery with broader business strategies and stakeholder expectations.

- Monitor project capacity, resource allocation, and budget performance to optimize efficiency and profitability.

- Enforce project management methodologies, processes, and policies to ensure consistent, high-quality deliverables.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager.

- Proven experience in the IT industry managing technical projects.

- Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
