Lead Full-Stack Engineer (Apache Spark, Java) at BairesDev

As a Solutions Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable SaaS product architectures and multi-tenant systems. You will serve as a strategic technical leader, guiding organizations through complex digital transformations and legacy system migrations to align their technology stack with long-term business objectives.

What You'll Do:

- Architect and oversee the development of high-performance, multi-tenant SaaS products.

- Lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives, modernizing legacy systems for cloud-native readiness.

- Evaluate and select strategic technology stacks that support long-term growth and business scalability.

- Provide technical leadership, mentoring engineering teams and establishing architecture best practices.

- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to align technical solutions with strategic organizational goals.

What we are looking for:

- 8+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture or a related technical leadership role.

- Proven expertise in SaaS Product Architecture and Multi-tenancy Architecture Design.

- Strong track record in Legacy System Migration/Modernization and leading Digital Transformation.

- Demonstrated ability in mentoring, stakeholder alignment, and strategic tech stack evaluation.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
